Started in 2009, Green Transportation, Inc. has in mind the future of public transit as we work towards ecologically-friendly solutions to get people where they need to go comfortably, on-time and with a smile. Public transit is a great way to go green, and we strive to be the name you remember to get you anywhere you need to go.
We have a professional dispatching team who will manage the logistics of your trip from start to finish. We offer our Green Card© Pre-Paid ride service for your convenience (currently, we accept credit cards through PayPal™ @ Pre-Paid Services for all Pre-Payments). This service is perfect for students, business travelers, or anyone needing regular transportation in the valley since you don't need cash to ride! Unfortunately, at this time however, we cannot deduct tips for drivers from Green Card© balances; our drivers are fantastic, so consider leaving them a cash tip that you feel they deserve, they'll always appreciate it!
All of our drivers are certified by the Town of Amherst, MA to provide taxi and livery services. They must have a clean driving record, pass a background/reference check & regular drug testing, and are mandated to pass a Massachusetts Criminal Offender Record Information (C.O.R.I) check. All of these measures are to ensure your peace of mind and to consistently provide you the best Taxi & Livery service possible in the Pioneer Valley.
We are very happy to have our many corporate accounts already and would be very happy to manage your corporate account also. We do schedule trips to/from major airports, train depots and bus stations, and we can schedule a vehicle just for your client or employee if needed. (Please schedule 48 hours in advance if possible, call for more information)
